The holiday season can be stressful, especially for the young patients of Nemours Children’s Hospital. Our group of URB gift-givers were there last winter to lighten the load on these families, and bring back some of the cheer that has been missing.

Junior Achievement

For two consecutive years, our bankers turned into teachers as we took over the classrooms in local elementary and middle schools. During the school day we provided the students with an appropriate-level financial education to build upon in the future.
Alachua Habitat for Humanity
We are proud to partner with the Alachua Habitat for Humanity’s Critical Home Repair Program. Through the work by the organization, critical repairs are provided to families' homes that are unsafe or provide inadequate living conditions.

Memorial Scholarship
One of our own URB family employees founded this scholarship fund after her son made the ultimate sacrifice for this country in 2006. We show our continual support of both this scholarship fund through more than $1,000 in donations, as well support for our employees, as we believe in putting family above all else.
Wacky Warriors
Against Cancer
Our wackiest employees and board members come together to raise awareness and money in collaboration with First Decents and CureSearch as both organizations work towards benefitting the lives of children and young adults living with cancer.
American Diabetes Association
Many of our board members and employees have taken a particular interest in showing their support for the American Diabetes Association. In doing so, our company has participated in numerous fundraising walks, and has donated more than $3,000 to the cause.
Florida Community Loan Fund
We are a proud supporter of Florida Community Loan Fund who provides flexible financing and staff expertise to help improve low-income communities throughout Florida.
Hunger Fight
Bradford Unity Bank provided a direct donation of $2,500 to Hunger Fight to benefit low income families experiencing food insecurity in Jacksonville. Over 30 volunteering employees also generously donated their time of 2 hours and talent to package 10,080 cheesy mac meals!

Stuff the Bus 2017
For the second year in a row,Bradford Unity Bank was able to participate in our local “Stuff the Bus” event. Our employees were able to donate over 300 items in support of local students as they set out to begin their school year.
